The second edition of the 15K Formentera Sunset Run is getting ready to roll. In less than a month, the island will once again become the national epicenter of running, bringing together over 2,000 runners from all over Spain. On October 11, Formentera will showcase its full charm to host an event that goes far beyond the act of running itself, aiming to offer a complete experience for all participants.
That’s why the Balearic race has launched an innovative initiative for just 200 runners: a Run & Coffee to be held on Saturday, October 11. This exclusive activity will include a very light workout to wake up the legs before the sunset race, mobility exercises, and some helpful tips. And of course, coffee will be served during the session.
This Run & Coffee will be led by Eric Domingo and Pau Capdevila, with the support of the Frolik running crew. It will start at 9:30 a.m., with free access limited to 200 participants. All interested runners can book their spot through the official event website using the registration form.
In this way, the 15K Formentera Sunset Run expands its weekend program and invites participants to enjoy a full 360º experience throughout their stay on the island. Because in addition to this brand-new Run & Coffee and the race itself, the event also offers side activities: a yoga masterclass on Saturday morning by the Mediterranean Sea, a two-hour kayak (or paddle board) outing from Espalmador, a bus tour around the island to discover all its natural treasures, and a lunch & music to close Sunday at the iconic Fandango restaurant, with the best local food and live DJ sets.
Only a handful of bibs remain for this second edition of the 15K Formentera Sunset Run. Fun, excitement, and good vibes are guaranteed in a race that has embodied the #RunandFeel spirit since day one.
